Joseph W. Pizzo
PARTNER
Joseph W. Pizzo is a highly respected municipal and litigation attorney with nearly 25 years of experience representing townships, school districts, and municipal authorities throughout Pennsylvania. He graduated magna cum laude from Temple University in 1986 and earned his J.D. from Temple University School of Law in 1991.
Mr. Pizzo’s practice focuses on municipal law, zoning and land use, real estate, election law, and civil litigation. He has served as solicitor and special counsel to numerous municipalities and government agencies, including Bensalem Township, Middletown Township, and Northampton Township, where he currently serves as Township Solicitor. His leadership extends to service on the Boards of the Bucks County Housing Development Corporation and the Bucks County Community College Foundation.
Recognized for his legal expertise, Mr. Pizzo was appointed by Governor Mark Schweiker to the 7th Judicial District Advisory Commission, tasked with identifying candidates for the Court of Common Pleas of Bucks County. He has also shared his knowledge as a faculty member and moderator for the National Business Institute, presenting on legal issues affecting local governments.
A lifelong resident of Bucks County, Mr. Pizzo lives in Bensalem with his family.
Edward Rudolph

Edward Rudolph has over forty years of experience representing municipalities and authorities in Bucks and Montgomery Counties, advising on compliance with federal, state, and local laws, and representing clients at public meetings and hearings.
A graduate of Temple University (B.S. Finance & Economics, first in class, 1965) and Villanova Law School (J.D., 1968), he has served as Solicitor for Bensalem Township and the Bensalem Township Authority, the Northampton Bucks County Municipal Authority, the Warwick Township Water & Sewer Authority, the Lower Southampton Zoning Hearing Board, Falls Township, and Bucks County’s Board of Assessment, as well as Assistant Solicitor for SEPTA and counsel for Aqua Pennsylvania.
He is a former Trustee of Temple University and currently serves as Solicitor for the Bensalem Township Republican Executive Committee.
